Early Bird is a discounted price for early bookers. It ends automatically when the allocated quantity runs out or at a date set by the organizer.
Refunds & Cancellations

Refund policies are set by each organizer. Typically, cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the event. Check each event's terms on the detail page.
If an organizer cancels, the full amount will be returned to your wallet or card within 5-7 business days.
Event Entry

Show your ticket's QR code from your app or email at the door. The scanning team will verify it in seconds.
No. The digital QR code on your phone is sufficient for entry — no printing required.
When an event sells out, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens (due to a cancellation), you'll receive an instant notification to complete your booking.
Loyalty & Rewards

You earn loyalty points with every booking. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future bookings. The more you spend, the more points you earn.
Points do not expire as long as your account is active. After 12 months of inactivity, points may expire.
Partners & Organizers

Click "Join as Partner" in the menu and complete the registration + KYC document upload. Our team will review your application within 24-48 hours.
We charge a commission starting from 10% of booking revenue. Premium partners can upgrade for better benefits and lower commission rates.
