Last updated: July 2026

This policy governs all refund and cancellation requests on the YallaTonight platform. Please read carefully before completing any booking.

1. Platform Commission — Non-Refundable

The YallaTonight platform service commission (which includes booking processing fees, payment gateway facilitation charges, and platform technology fees) is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to: event cancellation by the Organizer, guest no-show, force majeure events, technical issues outside YallaTonight's control, or any dispute between the guest and the Organizer.

The platform commission is earned and retained by YallaTonight at the moment the booking transaction is technically completed and the digital ticket is issued, as consideration for the technical services rendered.

2. Event Ticket Refunds — Organizer Policy Applies

The refundability of the base ticket price (excluding platform commission) is determined exclusively by the cancellation policy set by each individual Organizer at the time of listing the event. This policy is displayed on the event's checkout page before payment.

Typical Organizer refund policies may include:

YallaTonight facilitates refund processing as a technical service only. We are not financially liable for the Organizer's refund obligations or their capacity to fulfill them.

3. VIP Table Deposits

Deposits paid to reserve VIP tables follow the specific deposit policy set by the venue Organizer, as displayed during booking. In general, table deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event date, as they represent a guaranteed hold of premium seating capacity. The full minimum spend obligation remains the guest's responsibility at the venue, regardless of the deposit status.

4. Event Cancellation by the Organizer

If an Organizer cancels an event after tickets have been sold, the Platform will notify all ticket holders via email and/or push notification. The Organizer is solely and legally responsible for issuing refunds of the ticket value (excluding platform commission) within 7 business days of cancellation.

YallaTonight shall use reasonable commercial efforts to facilitate refund processing but expressly disclaims any liability for the Organizer's failure, delay, or refusal to issue refunds. Users whose Organizers fail to fulfill refund obligations should contact YallaTonight Support and relevant consumer protection authorities.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Log into your YallaTonight dashboard and navigate to the relevant booking.
  2. Use the "Cancel Booking" option if within the eligible window specified by the Organizer's policy.
  3. If the cancellation option is unavailable, submit a Support Ticket with your Booking ID and reason for request.
  4. Approved refunds are processed to your YallaTonight wallet within 3–5 business days, and wallet-to-bank transfers within 5–7 business days.

Platform commission is excluded from all refund calculations.

6. Force Majeure & No-Fault Cancellations

In the event of government-mandated closures, natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events that prevent an event from taking place, refund eligibility shall be determined case-by-case based on the Organizer's capacity to refund. The Platform commission shall remain non-refundable in all force majeure scenarios, as it represents services already rendered.
